I know that women can have multiple orgasms but I want to know if men can have multiple orgasms and how can I have them.

To answer your question, yes, men CAN have multiple orgasms. BUT there is a difference in the way men usually have multiple orgasms than the way women do. Women can have orgasms one after another, when a man has them, again usually there is only one actual ejaculation and they are not one after another.
The other orgasms are minus the ejaculate, they feel the same, this takes practice to be able to control your ejaculate. Stopping and starting just before ejaculation.
The best way to practice is by masturbating.
