When Does Sex Become a Chore?

This question is easy. It becomes a chore when you allow it to.

That’s pretty simple. The hard question is “how” do you prevent it from becoming a chore? How do you NOT grumble and groan when your lover ask for it AGAIN?

Well, for starters, stop grumbling. Start getting excited. For Pete’s Sake, actually enjoy it.

This is harder for women to obtain then for men, DUH! Men usually ejaculate while women are left laying on the bed imagining a super orgasm. It seems to be a dream, a far fetched dream because maybe you haven’t had a orgasm in a very long time. Maybe you forgot what a orgasm really feels like. The earth shattering, toe curling, head rolling orgasm that makes you feel like you are going to blow up from the inside out.

Sweet, Sweet Orgasm.

I must tell you. This isn’t that far fetched. It could be the time to introduce potions or Toys into your love life. *gasp* You may be thinking: “Did she just say TOYS in the bedroom?”and I am saying: “Oh, I sure did say toys in the bedroom!!!!”

Stop whining. Listen up and pay close attention. Toys and potions paired together along with the help and excitement of doing it with your lover will be a sure fire way to wake that beast of an orgasm that is just dying to get out. Trying to escape you but you just won’t let it.

Release your inner orgasm. Find some potions and toys in the comfort of your own home. Via internet. Some great websites are:

www.adameve.com

or of course go to my personal favorite (because I sell “magic in a bottle” and I also sell toys!!!)

www.partygals.biz

Now the next step would be to introduce your new “friend” to your lover. This could be tricky at times. Especially if you are a man and you are wanting to bring the “buzz” into the bedroom, your woman may dismiss the idea all together. But women need to make sure their male lover is not offended or take it personally. They may think that they just isn’t doing it for ya. That their “man dangler” isn’t the “magic wand” they once thought it was.

You are going to have to stroke the ego a bit here ladies. Make sure they know that they are magnificent lovers and that you are satisfied with their tally whacker however, you want to mix up the routine a bit. It could take awhile. You may have to stroke the ego for some time. But eventually, they will be willing and will understand that you are only you.

Just stay away from anal toys for awhile. Those are only for the brave and the experienced. Some men may pucker up and head for the hills if you go down that route. Just trying to help.

10 Things You Didn’t Know About Condoms

September 1, 2008 by admin

Along with many issues surrounding sex, condoms are still a bit of a taboo in polite society. But as well as preventing pregnancy, condoms help prevent the transmission of most sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

However, despite the dangers of unprotected sex, statistics from STD tests show that condoms are not used as often as they could be.

Perhaps if we just got to know them a little better, we’d feel more comfortable about using them. With that in mind, here are 10 of the most interesting things about condoms.

1 - Condoms were used by ancient civilizations

Although the subject is disputed amongst archaeologists and historians, some experts claim that condoms appeared in cave paintings going back 15,000 years. The oldest known representation of a condom in use is in a painting in the Grotte des Combarrelles cave in France. Also, societies in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome preferred small families and are known to have practiced a variety of birth control methods.

2 - First known use against STDs

In medieval times there probably weren’t any reliable STD tests, nevertheless, most people would have known if they had one! It was therefore in 16th century Italy that Gabriele Falloppio wrote the first-known published description of condom use for STD prevention. He recommended soaking cloth sheaths in a chemical solution and allowing them to dry prior to use. Falloppio claimed to have performed an experimental trial of the linen sheath on 1100 men. The experiment supposedly indicated protection against syphilis.

3 - Oldest found condoms

The oldest condoms found (rather than just pictures or descriptions) are from 1640, discovered in Dudley Castle in England. They were made of animal intestine, and it is believed they were used for STD prevention.

4 - The Japanese made theirs out of tortoise shells

In 19th century Japan, both leather condoms and condoms made of tortoise shells or horns were available. Similar devices made from oiled silk paper have also been described in China.

5 - Dr Condom

The alleged invention of the condom by ‘Dr. Condom’ or the ‘Earl of Condom’ is believed to be false. It has also been hypothesized that a British army officer named Cundum popularized the device between 1680 and 1817. However, the true origin of the word is unknown.

6 - Time-consuming recipes

Condoms weren’t always so easily available. An 1824 text offers a recipe with twelve very time-consuming steps involved in making condoms from sheep’s ‘intestina caeca.’ After that much effort, it is hardly surprising that early condoms were considered reusable.

7 - Condoms used to be available only by prescription

In the US, there was a time that condoms were available only by prescription. Doctors would prescribe them to men so that husbands could protect themselves against getting STDs from prostitutes. However, they wouldn’t prescribe them to women so they could prevent themselves from getting pregnant or for any other reason.

8 - Condoms have been sold in vending machines since 1928

The vending machine condom celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2008, courtesy of the company who manufactured the first brand-name condom, Germany-based, Fromm’s. Their product, Fromm’s Act, not only appeared in vending machines first - they also, somewhat bizarrely, had Mickey Mouse as their pitchman.

9 - Invisible condoms

Clinical trials on the ‘invisible’ condom, in fact a gel that hardens with increased temperatures, have been carried out by Quebec’s Laval University. It is one of a number of products being developed which falls into the category of a female condom, some of which have received government approval. The Invisible Condom, however, is still awaiting approval.

10 - Spray-on condoms

German scientist Jan Vinzenz Krause of the Institute for Condom Consultation in Germany recently developed a spray-on condom that is currently in the stages of test marketing. Krause says that one of the advantages to his spray-on condom, which is reported to dry in about 5 seconds, is that it is perfectly formed to each penis.

Tim Leach is the Marketing Manager of American Lab Testing, providers of STD tests.

Just having been married, your first night together as man and wife is one you will both not want to forget. Surprise your new husband by choosing the perfect honeymoon lingerie. Go for something that will heat things up and keep things interesting.

If you are looking for the traditional honeymoon lingerie you should select shades of white. The more daring bride would be more likely to select something black. In this modern world it is not all about black and white, your wedding night should not be either. Be brave and put some color into the night with the newer shades and styles of wedding night lingerie. Remember you are selecting lingerie that you and your new hubby will both love on this special night, and for years to come.

Shades of Lingerie to get Noticed

When the time comes to buy your honeymoon lingerie think about what is your favorite color? Is it midnight blue, salmon pink or fire engine red? You will discover that honeymoon lingerie comes in all the shades of the rainbow today, so that you can find the pieces that will best complement your complexion and coloring. Nowadays, the most popular colors for bridal lingerie appear to be turquoise and red, but other choice colors include soft greens and pinks and powdery lilacs. Brunettes can go bright and bold, and blondes can opt for the deceivingly innocent pastels. Black looks good on just about anyone, and tends to be a favorite of many grooms.

Lingerie Styles that Excite

There is a huge choice of lingerie for the modern bride. This makes it challenging and fun at the same time when shopping for your lingerie to wear on the wedding night and honeymoon vacation. The endless options can also make the shopping experience confusing if you are a novice to the world of lingerie. It helps if you have an idea of what some of the lingerie terms mean before you hit the shopping mall or your favorite online lingerie site.

Most Popular Lingerie Styles for the honeymoon

Camisoles with matching panties are one of the styles that are most popular for bridal lingerie. The chemise can offer a little more coverage as it is similar to the camisole but a bit longer in length. The baby doll is shorter than a chemise and flares out from the hips for a cute, playful look. You will quite often get a baby doll and panties set.

When it comes to shopping for your honeymoon lingerie, keep in mind that you might not want to stop with just one outfit. What better excuse is there to spoil yourself with several sexy lingerie sets to wear during your honeymoon. I am sure your new husband will appreciate the effort you make in looking special each night of the honeymoon.

Go ahead and be creative. After the first night with some more traditional lingerie you may want to spice things up with some super sexy outfits for the bedroom. When you are ready to select your honeymoon lingerie you have the choice of shopping online or going to your local lingerie shop. Browsing online can give you a good idea of what is available and help make the shopping experience more pleasant.

Olympic Ideas For Great Sex, Chinese Style

August 12, 2008 by admin

Seems like everything is tied in with the Olympics in Beijing this week. Well, why not sex? Taoist sexual practices hold wisdom for every lover, whether Asian or not. If you know anything about the practice of Tantra, then you will find many of the Taoist practices to be similar.

There are several primary principles behind Taoism that can be applied to sexual practices. First and foremost is “chi,” or energy. If you watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics, you saw a celebration of chi. Chi is the energy that is part of everything that exists. Another related concept is “jing,” an energetic substance in the human body. When you lose all your jing, you will die. The Taoists believed that jing could be lost through bodily fluids, including semen, and so Taoist men would avoid ejaculation in order to conserve their jing.

There are different ways that a man can conserve his jing, or life essence. One way is to pull out just before orgasm when having intercourse. A second way is to press the perineum (the area between the scrotum and anus) in order to send the ejaculate back into the bladder. (Don’t try this at home!) Another way is for a man to learn how to separate the events of ejaculation and orgasm. By stopping the pelvic floor from contracting, a man could keep himself from ejaculating and still have an orgasm.

Fortunately, jing can also be created through sexual union between a man and a woman. Lots of sex was considered to be good for a man’s health and longevity. (So go for it!) Unfortunately, as might be expected from ancient Chinese practices, women were sometimes seen as a means for a man to retain his jing. On the other hand, because women did not give up any fluids, they were seen as being strong.

Taoist sex manuals also include information on when and where to have sex. For example, lovers were to avoid making love during storms, eclipses, earthquakes, and other events, which could cause ill health or offspring that were defective in some way. Taoist lovers were also to avoid having sex by the light of the sun, moon, or stars, near a temple, in a well (!) or near a grave or coffin (!)

If you want to adapt these ideas for your own Olympic sex marathon, one good thing to do would be to think of sex as creating jing, or energy. Many people complain of being “too tired for sex.” Can you imagine how tired you would be if you were a Chinese person living 1500 years ago? If you looked at sex as creating energy instead of taking it, you might have more desire!
Another idea to quickly and easily put into practice is chi. When you have sex, think of you and your partner raising and exchanging energy. Energy is a sacred substance, and so when you are making love you are doing something special and sacred. Slow down, look into each other’s eyes, and breathe together to honor and create chi.
