Heather Merritt is an Executive Director and Car Bonus Achiever with Passion Parties, Inc. After working 40 hrs a week, barely able to pay daycare costs, Heather decided to invest in the “Passion Biz” for some extra cash. In just 13 months of working her new biz, she elevated to Executive Director and a year later qualified for her Car Bonus. Heather currently leads a half million dollar team with 3 Executive Directors under her with more quickly advancing based on their business “wanna”.

Heather, 32, a married for 10 years, mother of 3, was able to quit her fulltime job and do Passion Parties fulltime! Replacing more than her current income was a wonderful benefit for her, as she initially just needed an extra $100 a week.
In 2003, with no previous “party plan” experience, Heather searched online for Passion Parties after attending a party. What a classy adult novelty plan! With a Reverend for a father, and living in south Georgia, she knew that this business would make money while maintaining her moral belief of happy, fun, monogamous relationships.
Through regional corporate trainings such as Passion Power, Convention, and the direct access to top leaders in the company, Heather grew her business and has been able to lead her team, the “Passion Diamonds”, to independent successes. “SouthGaPassion” is what Heather’s business is known as throughout the United States as her team is nationwide. With media opportunities such as an independent article in the Statesboro Herald, weekly Ladies Night events at Deja Groove in savannah, and numerous promotional items such as “Kramer’s Hot Moms” and “Gimme a Kiss” with 97.3 KissFm out of Savannah over the past 3 years, Heather has seen her personal business, as well as her teams business’, BOOM!
Marketing your business is a specialty of Heather’s and she loves to do weekly phone calls with her team to review sales techniques, presentation, booking parties, presenting the business opportunity as well as fun team functions where prizes are awarded for challenges & games. Heather also does one on one coaching calls with her team to help them overcome any obstacle they may fear as well as coaching them to lead successful teams themselves. With as little as 2 – 3 parties a month, you can build a Million Dollar team, and Heather loves the flexibility, independence and personalized service Passion Parties provides to her team and her customers.
